Ms. Vondrasek currently serves as Senior Program Officer, and Team Leader for French speaking countries in Africa. She is currently supporting programs in Cote d’Ivoire, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Mali, Niger, Togo as well as a capacity strengthening program in Qatar. Current health topics include Ebola Preparedness, Healthy Timing and Spacing of Pregnancies/Family Planning, HIV/AIDS, Malaria Control and most recently Tobacco Control.
Since joining CCP in 1993, Ms. Vondrasek has served as Chief of Party for the Family Health and AIDS project in West and Central Africa, based for 8 years in Abidjan, and Project Director for the Voices for a Malaria Free Future Project, based in Bamako, Mali. She was a steering committee member for the award-winning United Against Malaria campaign, having led the campaign field work in Africa.
She leads a small private sector working group at CCP and recently published a guide for designing public-private partnerships for demand generation, under the HC3 Project. She holds a Master’s from Tulane School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine (MPH, 1993).
