Two CCP Staff Members Recognized for Excellence in Teaching

Dr. Benjamin Lozare, Senior Associate in the Department of Health, Behavior and Society, and Dr. Rajiv Rimal, Associate Professor in the Department of Health, Behavior and Society, have been honored as exceptional teachers at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.

Dr. Lozare, who serves as the Director of Training and Capacity Building at CCP, co-taught Strategic Leadership Principles and Tools for Health System Transformation in Developing Countries with Dr. Henry Mosley during the second term of the 2011-12 academic year.

Rajiv Rimal, PhD

Dr. Rimal, a Senior Research Officer at CCP, was recognized for his instruction in the course Introduction to Persuasive Communications: Theories and Practice.

Dr. Lozare and Dr. Rimal join 40 faculty members who were selected as outstanding teachers based on student evaluations of 144 courses.
