Health Communication Capacity Collaborative

community-9In Liberia, the Health Communication Capacity Collaborative is responding to the Ebola crisis, developing a SBCC plan in coordination with other global agencies, local organizations and communities. Additionally, one of its crosscutting objectives is to build the evidence base of the impact of SBCC interventions on health programs. In order to more closely assess SBCC efforts in malaria prevention and treatment, HC3 developed a standardized survey protocol and questionnaire to measure knowledge, perceptions, and beliefs related to malaria, insecticide treated nets, indoor residual spraying, rapid testing diagnostics and treatment-seeking behavior.
