Registration is now open for Knowledge Management for Effective Global Health Programs, offered annually by our KM thought leaders. Global health programs operate with scarce resources, high stakes and urgent needs for coordination among partners and donors. Knowledge management provides solutions to these challenges.

Upon completing this virtual course, students will be able to:

  • Explain knowledge management’s (KM) role in enhancing organization performance and improving global health outcomes
  • Identify the best knowledge management approaches to use in a given public health context
  • Apply knowledge management to global health programs using a five-step systemic process
