An expert in risk communication, Krenn discusses the many unknowns around COVID-19, how to find credible sources of information in a rapidly unfolding pandemic and the vital role that trusted leaders play in ensuring that people get the correct messages they need to reduce their risk.

As of Tuesday, March 24, COVID-19 has infected more than 390,000 people around the world and claimed the lives of more than 17,000. The number of known cases in the United States has skyrocketed in recent days, with more than 46,000 Americans infected.
