Since joining CCP in 2022 as a Senior Grants & Contracts Analyst supporting Breakthrough ACTION activities in Liberia, Elizabeth has supported complex global health initiatives across Malawi, Uganda, Nigeria, Ukraine and others, building expertise in financial management, grants administration, compliance and operational leadership.

With more than 16 years of experience across higher education, international development, and nonprofit management, Elizabeth brings extensive expertise in budgeting, sponsored projects, compliance and program operations. Her background includes pre- and post-award financial management at Florida Atlantic University, nonprofit program leadership serving families facing serious illnesses and crises and service as a Peace Corps Basic Education and Literacy Facilitator in Mali.

Elizabeth holds an MBA in International Business from Florida Atlantic University and dual bachelor’s degrees in psychology and sociology from the University of Florida.
