In the words of the editor, the issue “attempts to capture the excitement and dynamism of the Summit, while presenting some of the evidence and lessons learned in SBCC and E-E that were shared at the Summit.” CCP was the lead organizer of the event.
“This Summit has confirmed the vitality, dynamism, evolution and maturity of our field of practice,” the declaration states. “We return home more united and more committed to people-centered development than ever.”
The 2018 International SBCC Summit closed Friday with excitement and inspiration and a commitment to do even better in the future to improve people’s lives around the world.
